Jesse G. (Jerry) Fields, President
Prior to the establishment of Fields Construction in 1983 , Jerry worked 17 years as field supervisor, project manager, and sales/estimator in industrial and commercial construction with emphasis on design-build projects. He has had much experience teaming with owners, architects, and engineers on both pre-engineered and conventional building projects to meet budgets, schedules, and quality building construction.
Jeff G. Fields is the Vice President of Fields Construction Co., Inc. Jeff started with the company in 1992 upon completion of his Degree in Management at Clemson University. In 1994, he served six months of active duty in the U.S. Army Reserves. Jeff currently operates as Project Manager, Estimator, and handles the Drafting/Cad duties for the company. Jeff G. Fields

Keith Fields
Secretary/SuperintendentKeith Fields brings hands on experience to the company. He started with Fields Construction in June of 1994. Keith serves as Secretary, and also operates as a Field Superintendent specializing in concrete foundation construction. His duties include the supervision of employees and subcontractors, equipment drayage, and the expediting of supplies and materials.
Glenn Strawn brings forty-plus years of commercial, industrial, and residential construction experience to the company. His working commissions include that of General Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and Chief Financial Officer. Academically, he was graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and has graduate credits in that area.
Glenn Strawn
CFOHe is a Realtor (BIC) and member of the Florence Board of Realtors. He is also a State Certified Home Inspector.
He is an avid student of history, with a penchant towards specific subject research and Travel to the area of interest.
Julie Turbeville has been employed with Fields Construction Co., Inc. for four years during which time; she received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from Francis Marion University. Her job responsibilities include the following: payroll, accounts payable, monitoring accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, analyzing, posting and reviewing all accounting functions, and supplying monthly reports and reviews to executive management. Shirley Phillips joined Fields Construction Co., Inc. in June of 2002, as an executive administrative assistant. Shirley is also instrumental in generating contracts, change orders, obtaining submittals, and preparing closeout documents. She assists with various administrative functions. Prior to coming to Fields Construction Shirley was actively involved in the insurance industry. Shirley Phillips

Fritz Taylor brings valuable experience to the company with his vast knowledge of the construction industry. He has 30+ years of expertise in the commercial/industrial construction field with his specialty being in the construction of churches, banks, medical facilities, and renovation projects.
